What I do

As a leadership development coach, I make connections for non-academics of a world of discoveries and experiences that help to change lives and relationships for the better.

In the world of work, and especially for those in leadership, a leadership development coach gives practical focussed steps to help leaders see complexity in their own context – how the pieces of ‘me’, ‘we’ and ‘world’ fit together. The interlocking patterns are obscured to us for a number of reasons, not least because we bump up against a multiplicity of world views, each with its own set of beliefs, governing thoughts and actions – and all of which are present amongst us right now.

Brain and blue lizard

Ever wish you had more confidence in your leadership, more resilience and positive self-belief? Your most powerful strength as leader, business owner, parent or partner, in the midst of conflicts and confusions, is your authenticity and evidenced-based self-belief. My passion and skills help my clients live into their own ‘best self’, to free themselves from self-doubt, fear of failure and even that little inner voice that sometimes whispers ‘imposter’. Training and experience give me a rich ‘toolbox’ to unlock my clients’ self-limiting assumptions, remove blindspots and open up to a world of possibility.

Clients discover through practical focussed steps and direct experience, skilful ways of being, seeing and acting in the world and in relation to one another. My coaching approach – one-on-one and with teams – increases conscious awareness of self, enhances perspective-taking and engagement with others. The resulting self-esteem leads to high-quality decision-making, better team relationships, skilful change management, better systems awareness and better outcomes.
