Introduction for individuals to the full range of the Enneagram

The Enneagram is widely regarded as a powerful profiling and developmental framework. Millions of people around the world use the nine types of the Enneagram to identify and understand their underlying patterns. In professional or personal life, knowing your enneagram profile helps you to build on your strengths. You gain skills in managing better relationships by understanding what motivates attitudes and behaviours for each of the nine types.

Description

Dorrian is a certified enneagram coach and consultant, working with individuals and groups.

The Enneagram, an ancient process for self-knowledge, was revived by the rapid growth of psychology in the 19th century. Today, re-inforced by neuroscientific findings, it is one of the most popular systems for self-understanding across the globe. It is a powerful tool for personal transformation, and is widely used in business for leadership development and better relationships management.

2 one-hour, online sessions

Prior to your first session with me, please complete online an enneagram profile that I provide (or make available to me an already-completed profile)

  • Session One: We cover the Enneagram framework:  the three intelligences, brief overview of the nine patterns (or types), instincts, basic motivations, your blindspots as well as  the gift of each pattern. You find the underlying reasons for some of your knee-jerk behaviours and attitudes. At this end of this session of self-discovery, you will receive reflective practices tailored for you. These practices help you make connections in your personal and professional life.
  • Session Two: We build on your insights and connections. You find out how to integrate aspects of enneagram patterns other than your own.  Learn to apply knowledge of the different types to improving your relationship skills, in personal and professional life. You leave with further practices to continue to grow awareness of self and others.

Remember: the enneagram does not put you in a box, it takes you out of the box you are already in.
